BCICAI IN PARTNERSHIP INDIAN EMBASSY, BAHRAIN CELEBRATES 4TH INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY ON 22ND JUNE 2018 AT 8.00 AM, CROWNE PLAZA, MANAMA.

These words of our beloved PM reverberates the immense effect Yoga as on each one of us and its ability to bind the human race together.

Yoga has been one of the significant contributions of India to mankind and this has been widely acknowledged by the World, when the UN proclaimed 21st June as International Day of Yoga. The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga.

BCICAI is pleased to inform you that, the 4th International Yoga day will be celebrated in 22nd June 2018, at Crowne Plaza, Manama starting at 8.00 AM. This event is open for Members, families and friends (prior registration is a must).

We are delighted to inform that HE. Shri Alok Kumar Sinha, Ambassador of India to The Kingdom of Bahrain will be Chief Guest of the Event and he has graciously assigned the Government appointed Teacher of Indian Culture, Shri. Rudresh Kumar Singh to lead the Yoga session. Shri. Rudresh is a highly proficient Yoga Teacher and has been conducting various events in Bahrain.  

Please note the below:

1.    The dress code for all is Plain white T-shirt with Black or Blue pant.

2.   Please take a light dinner the previous night and very light breakfast on the event day.

3.   Carry your yoga mat.

4.   Please assemble by 7.30 am to start on time. The session will last about 60 minutes.

5.   Breakfast will be served after the end of the session.

6.   If you have any medical conditions then please consult your physician before the session.

We expect a great response from all of you and hope you will take maximum benefit from the session. We are sure there will be lot of valuable information which will be provided by the trainer which you can use in your daily exercise routine.
