Established in 1985, our chapter held its first program in April 1986 and has since grown to become the largest professional organization of Indians in Bahrain, with over 450 members.

Our members are professionals in industry, audit, and consulting sectors across Bahrain. They are highly valued for their expertise and play key roles in government, quasi-government, public, and private organizations.

Bahrain chapter of ICAI also undertakes the responsibility of coordinating with ICAI and the Embassy of India in Bahrain to conduct ICAI examinations locally, starting with the first Common Proficiency Test (CPT) in June 2009.

We are dedicated to enhancing our members' skills through seminars, events, and continuing professional education (CPE) opportunities. Our annual International Conference promotes knowledge sharing and networking among members from different countries in the region. Additionally, we host distinguished industry leaders and experts to share their profound knowledge and insights, providing attendees with valuable learning opportunities and cutting-edge information.

Bahrain chapter of ICAI also provides a platform for sponsors to showcase their products and services to a targeted audience, enhancing visibility and engagement opportunities.

Our Executive Committee, consisting of nine elected members and two nominated members, oversees Bahrain chapter of ICAI operations and ensures we meet our objectives effectively.
