Dear Members,
For the past 2 years BCICAI has been successfully conducting its annual one-day Women CA Conference in the month of March. This year BCICAI is all geared up for its 3rd Women CA Conference with the theme ‘Embrace Equity’.
Equality means everyone is given the same resources or opportunities. Whereas Equity recognizes that everyone has different circumstances, and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome.
When we embrace equity, we embrace diversity, and we embrace inclusion. Equality is the goal, and equity is the means to get there. Through the process of equity, we can reach equality.
To drive this beautiful message home, BCICAI is organizing an in-person 3rd Women CA Conference on 17 March 2023 in Gulf Hotel, Bahrain
